Overview

Clarity about where you are — and where you're heading

Career coaching is for people at a crossroads: considering a change of direction, returning to work, facing a difficult period, or simply wanting to understand themselves and their strengths more clearly. It is a confidential, professional space led by a psychologist — not generic advice, but a structured process tailored to your questions.

Sessions are held one-to-one, in person in Malta or online, on weekday evenings or Saturday mornings to fit around work.

The programme

How coaching works

  1. Initial conversation & goals

A first call or meeting to understand where you are, what you want from coaching, and how best to work together.

  2. Structured one-to-one sessions

A series of hour-long sessions, weekly or fortnightly, working through your goals at a considered pace — as many as the work needs, in person or online.

  3. Optional personality assessment

Where useful, a validated personality assessment generating several reports we explore together to deepen self-understanding.

  4. Direction & next steps

Translating insight into concrete, realistic next steps — and a clearer sense of direction you can carry forward.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private and confidential, led by a warranted psychologist and bound by professional ethical standards.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no fixed package — coaching is bespoke. Some clients come for a short, focused piece of work; others for longer. We agree a starting point and rhythm together, and review as we go.

In person or online?

Either. Sessions can be held in person in Malta or by video call, whichever suits you best.

Do I have to take the personality assessment?

No — it's entirely optional, used only where it will genuinely add to the work. Many clients find it valuable, but the programme stands on its own.

Considering a change?

A short first conversation is the simplest way to see whether coaching is right for you.
